Bar Takeover: Gabriel Carlos Takes Over ANTI:DOTE

Travel to Cebu without leaving Singapore as Gabriel Carlos, Co-Founder of The Basement Cebu, returns for an exclusive takeover at ANTI:DOTE alongside Head Mixologist Adonis Endozo Reyes.

Inspired by Cebu's rich produce, tropical botanicals and vibrant drinking culture, the evening showcases exclusive destination-inspired cocktails paired with Filipino bar bites specially created by ANTI:DOTE's culinary team. As the night unfolds, R&B, House and Nu Disco complete an immersive celebration of Filipino hospitality, flavour and craftsmanship.

A rich take on the Manhattan and Rosita, celebrating the Philippine’s prized Señorita banana with warmth, depth and elegance.

Ensalada (Código 1530 Blanco Tequila)
A savoury Margarita reimagined with green mango, tomato and garden herbs, showcasing Cebu’s fresh flavours.

Lato (Código 1530 Mezcal Artesanal)
An umami-forward Old Fashioned inspired by Visayas sea grapes, balancing smoke, salinity and quiet complexity.
