This week, ANTI:DOTE brings a Spanish twist to Air Crew Night with VIVA ESPAÑA NIGHT, an evening of lively flavours, Spanish-inspired cocktails and artisanal craftsmanship. Enjoy a specially curated tapas menu featuring chorizo croquettes, cod brandade churros, Mediterranean olives and other Spanish-inspired bites. The highlight of the night is a live carving showcase by FISAN Juan, serving premium Iberian acorn-fed ham, expertly sliced and available from $15 per portion. Complement the experience with Spanish-themed cocktails at $20++, including the roasted-coconut Mantener la Fe and the spice-forward Tinto de Verano. A flavourful, one-night-only celebration.
