Join us at ANTI:DOTE for a unique afternoon tea experience inspired by the works of Lim Tze Peng, one of Singapore’s most celebrated artists, in collaboration with Ode to Art. Savour a curated menu blending artistry and culinary innovation, celebrating Lim Tze Peng's legacy and Singapore’s heritage.
Priced at $68++ per adult with two non-alcoholic beverages (mocktail, coffee, or tea) and $35++ per child (6–12 years old). National Gallery Insiders and Patrons enjoy 10% off by presenting their membership card or e-card via the app. The exhibition runs until 23 March 2025 at the National Gallery, an 8-minute walk from Fairmont Singapore.
Guests with reservations will also be entered into a sweepstake to win limited edition Lim Tze Peng memorabilia, curated by Ode to Art. Winners will be contacted via email after the event concludes.

Our award-winning culinary team has meticulously designed a high tea experience shaped by this famed tale and its iconic illustrations. Highlights of the menu include: Madagascar Vanilla and Chia Seed Sablé, Matcha Madeleine and Strawberry Lime Confit, Pork Ragù wrapped in Carrot Noodles, and much more.

Prior to his tenure at PLUME, Jun Han made significant contributions at Club 5 and Ah Sam Cold Drink Stall, where he introduced thematically complex menus that highlighted Singapore’s rich cultural heritage.
For this takeover, Jun Han has crafted a specially curated menu featuring four cocktails made with cure-all ingredients like tomato, chocolate, grapefruit, and coffee. Each drink promises a unique blend of flavours that will tantalise your taste buds and elevate your evening.

Season of Impressionists - A Vincent van Gogh-inspired Afternoon Tea

ARTiSTORY, the National Gallery, London and Anti:dote, Fairmont Singapore present Season of Impressionists, a sunflower-themed afternoon tea inspired by the works of Post-Impressionist Dutch painter, Vincent van Gogh – the first in a four-part series of art-inspired afternoon teas.
During the afternoon tea, guests can look forward to a picture-perfect setting, designed for them to feel as if they were part of Van Gogh’s painting. Diners will be seated among a collection of sunflower-themed ornaments, assorted fresh sunflowers, and a framed replica of the masterpiece. There will also be an interactive photo opportunity set up with props, inviting guests to capture the moment while they indulge in this artistic dining experience.
